Luke Haeger is an American visual artist whose work fuses autobiographical storytelling with a raw, expressive visual language. Born in 1993 in Paradise Valley, Montana, Haeger was raised in a nomadic, countercultural environment, living across various states including Colorado, Washington, California, New Jersey, New York, and briefly Texas. This transient upbringing instilled in him a deep appreciation for the diverse facets of American life and a sense of impermanence, making art a constant in his life.

Haeger's artistic practice is characterized by a "gonzo dream journal" approach, where he blends annotations, illustrations, and marks to bridge signs of our era. His work often explores themes of mythology, personal history, and the human condition, drawing parallels between ancient myths and contemporary experiences. He describes his process as an evolution of the work he created as a child, emphasizing spontaneity and the visualization of present moments.

Educated at UCLA, Haeger left CalArts a semester shy of completing his MFA to join Praxis, a society-crafting company building a new city in the Mediterranean Sea. This decision reflects his commitment to integrating art with broader societal and philosophical endeavors.

Haeger's work has been exhibited in various group shows, including "Drawings by Luke Haeger" and "Revolutionary Debris (From Icarus to Phoenix)" at ALLGORITHIM. These exhibitions showcase his ability to navigate the AI-driven post-postmodern realm while preserving humanism's core and authentic artistry.

Through his art, Luke Haeger continues to explore the complexities of modern existence, using his unique visual language to connect personal narratives with universal themes.
